On February 18, 2026, an information day for students of the Technical University – Sofia was held in the conference hall of the Library and Information Center, regarding opportunities for student mobility under the "Erasmus+" program for study and internship at partner universities and organizations.
The event was opened by Prof. Dr. Eng. Georgi Venkov – Rector of TU – Sofia and Prof. Dr. Eng. Tasho Tashev – Institutional Coordinator for the "Erasmus+" program.
Students from TU - Sofia who participated in the program during the previous academic year presented their experience and impressions, difficulties, benefits, and the international friendships formed during their Erasmus mobility.
During the event, the Technical University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, a partner of TU – Sofia in the European University of Technology – Eut+, was also presented. Through a video conference, colleagues from Cluj introduced students to opportunities for study and internship in the fields of microelectronics, mechanical engineering, and computer science, with particular interest generated in participation in mixed intensive programs.
