COMPETITION ENTREPRENEUR IN SCIENCE WITH A PRIZE OF 30,000 BGN.

On April 3, 2019 (Wednesday) at 13:30 in the hall of the Library and Information Center of TU-Sofia (LIC) representatives of Carol Knowledge Foundation will present the second edition of the program Entrepreneurs in Science – entrepreneurial training for students and a project competition with a prize of 30,000 BGN.

The program Entrepreneurs in Science was developed by the foundation Carol Knowledge to support young Bulgarian scientists who work on significant scientific topics and projects with practical applicability.

In the program Entrepreneurs in Science in 2019, doctoral students and scientists who defended their doctoral dissertations in the last five years can participate in the following fields:

• Artificial Intelligence
• Automation
• Engineering Sciences
• New Technologies

Within the project competition, training is planned. The training is free and is aimed at PhD students and young researchers working in the field of engineering sciences, automation, artificial intelligence, and new technologies.

Entrepreneurs in science will take place from the second half of September to the end of November, and the competition for the monetary prize will be in early December.
