Prof. Lyuben Totev, rector of the University of Mining and Geology "St. Ivan Rilski", is the new chairman of the Council of Rectors in Bulgaria.
The chairman of the Control Council of the Council of Rectors has been elected Prof. Dr. Eng. Georgi Mihov , rector of TU – Sofia.
