Olympiad in "Theoretical Electrotechnics" at TU - Sofia

On 26.04.2025, the internal round of the traditional "Theoretical Electrotechnics" Olympiad, organized by the corresponding department, was held at TU – Sofia. The competition was conducted in Bulgarian and English, as a total of 55 students from the 1st, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years of FA, EF, FTK, FETT, FKST, and FAIO participated. The first four places with over 27.5 points (out of a maximum of 30) were taken by: Rosen Neshev (FA, 2nd year), Alek Nikolov (FETT, 3rd year), Danail Dashev (EF, 3rd year), and Kalina Boeva (FA, 2nd year). They received subject prizes provided by the Student Council at TU – Sofia and certificates with their respective ranking positions. Students who scored at least half of the maximum points were awarded certificates for excellent performance in the Olympiad and smaller symbolic prizes, again provided by the Student Council at TU – Sofia.

From the ranking, two teams of 5 students each have been formed, who will represent TU - Sofia in the Republican Student 
Olympiad in "Theoretical Electrotechnics", which will take place on 16.05.2025 at Plovdiv University "Neofit Rilski" – Plovdiv.
