The teams of TU – Sofia are in first and second place in the Republican Student Olympiad in "Theoretical Electrical Engineering"

On 16.05.2025, the traditional Republican Student Olympiad in "Theoretical Electrical Engineering" was held at Plovdiv University "Neofit Rilski", Plovdiv. TU - Sofia participated with two teams:

Rosen Neshev - FA, 2nd year, Group 2

Danail Dashev - EF, 3rd year, Group 6

Viktoriya Vasileva - EF, 3rd year, Group 8

Georgi Tsvetanov - EF, 2nd year, Group 8

Roman Chistikov - EF, 2nd year, Group 6

Stefan Dimov – FA, 2nd year, Group 2

Radina Mihaylova – FKST, 1st year, Group 45

Ilcho Mashev – FA, 3rd year, Group 1

Iskren Radulov – EF, 2nd year, Group 9

Nadezhda Tsacheva – EF, 2nd year, Group 9

The I and II teams of TU – Sofia took the first and second honorary places, respectively, in the team classification. In the individual competition, students from TU – Sofia also ranked in the top three. Rosen Neshev (FA, 2nd year) took the honorary 1st place (with a maximum of 30 points), Viktoria Vasileva (EF, 3rd year) – 2nd place, and Stefan Dimov (FA, 2nd year) and Ilcho Mashev (FA, 3rd year) ranked 3rd with an equal number of points. Rosen Neshev has the same maximum result in the internal round of the Olympiad in "Theoretical Electrotechnics", held on 26.04.2025 at TU – Sofia.
