Applications for admission to the Technical University - Sofia have begun

From June 22 to July 5, 2026. applications for bachelor's programs in full-time study at the Technical University of Sofia, Plovdiv Branch, and Faculty and College Sliven are accepted.

At Technical University - Sofia. candidates can choose from 40 bachelor's programs distributed across 14 faculties. The training covers a wide range of professional fields, including engineering sciences, information technology, energy, transport, management, and pedagogy. In Sofia, the university offers training in Bulgarian, English, German, and French.

In Plovdiv Branch candidates can apply for 12 engineering bachelor's specializations in the fields of electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, transport, aviation technology, automation, design, and print communications. The branch also offers training in the specialization "Industrial Management," as well as in "Industrial Engineering," which is taught entirely in English.

Engineering-Pedagogical Faculty - Sliven offers training in seven bachelor's specializations in the fields of computer and software technologies, automation, electrical engineering, energy, mechanical engineering, automotive technology, climate technology, industrial engineering, and pedagogy. In College - Sliven training is conducted to obtain the educational-qualificational degree of "professional bachelor" in four specializations.

Application Documents at all faculties and branch units of the Technical University – Sofia can be submitted online, in person at the respective higher education institution, or at the regional offices for document admission. Candidates must present the original of the diploma for completed secondary education, and those who graduated after 2021 – also the original of the certificate for completed first high school stage. It is also necessary to submit a completed application form, which can be obtained in person or printed from the university's website, as well as a certificate of proficiency in a foreign language, when required for the respective specialization.

The submission of application documents will continue until July 5 (inclusive). The results of the first ranking will be clear on July 6, and those of the second will be announced on July 13, 2026.
