The training actively focuses on innovations in the educational process, practical training, and collaboration with organizations from practice. Lectures, seminars, and consultations for the development of the thesis are conducted by teachers from Germany and Bulgaria.

Upon successful completion of the training in Bulgaria, students graduate as "Master of Industrial Management" and receive Bulgarian and German diplomas. The German diploma is issued by the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany. The duration of the training is 4 semesters, and the thesis design is 1 semester.

As a result of the training in the specialty "Industrial Management", knowledge and skills in the field of the studied disciplines are acquired. This includes mandatory disciplines and freely selectable disciplines (5 semesters, full-time form, winter and summer semesters).
