The department has established a doctoral program in “Quantum and Optoelectronics.” Over the years, numerous doctoral students have successfully defended their dissertations under the supervision of Prof. Marin Nenchev, D.Sc., D.Tech., Prof. Anton Dandarov, Ph.D., and others.
