State order for a master's program in "Microtechnologies and Nanoengineering"

Twelve state-funded places have been allocated for the new joint master's program in "Microtechnologies and Nanoengineering" offered by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Technology (FETT), the Faculty of Technology and Textile Engineering (FTK), and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (MTF). The program is aligned with labor market needs and contemporary curricula at Western universities. Graduates will be trained to design, model, technologically implement, and test microelectronic and microelectromechanical components, devices, and systems.

Graduates of the "Microtechnologies and Nanoengineering" program will be able to carry out activities related to optimizing the design, technology, and characteristics of existing systems, or creating and implementing new micromodules and microsystems, with applications in electronics, communications, and industrial technologies.

Future master's students will choose a specialization among the modules "Modeling of Micro- and Nanosystems," "Technological Foundations of Micro- and Nanosystems," or "Testing of Micro- and Nanosystems." Graduates will be able to pursue careers in "high-tech" fields as designers, technologists, test engineers, researchers, and experts in managerial, marketing, and research institutions and organizations.
