Announcement for competitions for regular doctoral students under project BG05SFPR001-3.004-0025-С01 DOCTORAL SCHOOLS FOR SCIENCE, INNOVATION AND GREEN ENERGY IN ICT "DUNIZvIKT"
Individuals who have completed an educational and qualification level of "master" can apply for doctoral studies.
The training at TU-Sofia to obtain the ONS "doctor" through the doctoral programs established in the DUNIZvIKT project is conducted in full-time form under Article 21, paragraph 7 of the ZVO, under the conditions of funding by the Project at the faculties of Technical University – Sofia FCST and FTK.
The competition for admission of doctoral students in implementation of the Project is conducted under the conditions of procedure BG05SFPR001-3.004 "Support for the development of project-based doctoral studies", funded by the "Education" program during the 2021–2027 programming period, co-financed by the European Union, and by a contract between TU-Sofia, the project leader, and the doctoral student. The funding of the training, including for remuneration, is provided by the research project. In case of termination of the Project, the doctoral student's training continues in accordance with the signed contract and in accordance with Article 21, paragraph 9 of the ZVO. № | Direction | Doctoral Program | Number of doctoral positions

Required documents for application:
Doctoral candidates submit an application for participation in the competition to the Rector of TU-Sofia (using the prescribed form).
The following documents must be submitted with the application:
1) Curriculum Vitae;
2) Copy of a higher education diploma (educational-qualificational degree "Master") with its annex. If the diploma is in the process of being issued, an academic transcript should be provided instead;
3) Certificate of recognized OQS "master", if the diploma was issued by a foreign higher education institution;
4) Two envelopes, addressed with the exact address for receiving messages.
The documents are submitted to the Dean's Office of the respective faculty at TU-Sofia, and upon submission, the following are also presented:
1) The originals of the diplomas and their appendices, which are returned to the candidate after verification for compliance with the copies;
2) A document confirming payment of the participation fee.
Documents are accepted from 07.07.2025 to 07.08.2025 year. every working day from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00 at the address:
