For the second consecutive year, Chief Assistant Professor Ivaylo Nachev from TU-Sofia is participating in the Bulgarian Antarctic Expedition with a research project.

For the second year, the head assistant Ivaylo Nachev from the Technical University in Sofia (TU-Sofia) participated in the Bulgarian Antarctic expedition with the research project "Influence on the solar activity of the ionospheric dynamics and potential for high-energy particles over Antarctica" from the Bulgarian Antarctic Institute (BAI).

The project is carried out jointly by the Technical University in Sofia, the Institute of Astronomy and the National Astronomical Observatory at the Bulgarian Academy on Naukite (IA and NAO - BAN) and the Military Academy "Nikola Vaptsarov".
