Competition for Mobile App Development

Subject: Hackathon for solving public and social problems in Bulgaria

Date: June 6-7

Location: Software University

Rules: Each team must have between 2-4 participants, and at least one of the participants must be a student or school pupil.

Awards: Announced on the website of Code4Bulgaria

The competition is part of a project by the World Bank and is conducted with its financial support. 
The goal is to facilitate communication between citizens and institutions in Bulgaria by creating a convenient and unified mobile application and responsive web design website for reporting irregularities. The reports will be sent directly to the responsible institutions, thereby increasing citizen participation in governance.
