Meeting for future cooperation between TU-Sofia and universities in Vietnam

Meeting with the Bulgarian Society for Friendship with Vietnam and
The Society for Vietnamese-Bulgarian Friendship

On 10.12.2015, a meeting took place in the Academic Council Hall of the Technical University – Sofia between the University's management and representatives of the Bulgarian Society for Friendship with Vietnam and the Society for Vietnamese-Bulgarian Friendship.

Attending the meeting were the Rector of TU-Sofia, Prof. Dr. Eng. Georgi Mihov, the Vice-Rectors Prof. Lyubomir Dimitrov, Prof. Ivan Králov, and Prof. Radi Romaniski, Vu Hung – Chairman of the organization of Vietnamese graduates in Bulgaria, Simeon Dimchev – Chairman of the Bulgarian Society, as well as Prof. Valeri Mladenov – Director of the Directorate "Information and Public Relations", Prof. Ivan Yachev – Director of the Directorate "International Exchange and Integration", and Prof. Nikola Kaloyanov – Head of the Department "Thermal and Refrigeration Engineering".

The purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss alternatives for future cooperation between TU-Sofia and universities in Vietnam. The visit is one of many that have taken place, aiming to improve relations between Bulgaria and Vietnam.
