The Rector of the Technical University of Sofia, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ivan Kralov, congratulated
the first-year student from the Plovdiv branch, Hristo Manolov, who is a gold medalist
from the European Championship in Sport Aerobics. The Rector presented him with a Certificate from
the Academic Leadership of the university and wished him many more
awards and high sporting achievements.
Hristo, who is a student in the specialization "Computer Systems and Technologies", and
his partner Borislava Ivanova won the gold medal in the mixed category.
pairs at the European Championship in Acrobatic Gymnastics in Antalya last autumn.
In addition to being a multiple national, European, and world champion, Hristo is
also an excellent student, successfully combining his love for computer science with
intensive training.
