The Technical University of Sofia will participate with a booth at an education exhibition to be held in Turkey

The Technical University (TU) in Sofia will participate with a booth at the exhibition within the framework of the fourth edition of the Global Congress for Sustainable Development. The event will take place from June 16 to 19 in Istanbul, Turkey, the higher education institution announced on its website.

The organizers are Times Higher Education (THE) and the Council for Higher Education of Turkey. Over 5000 delegates are expected to attend - representatives of leading academic institutions, business, and political circles. The goal of the event is to build partnerships and share ideas for accelerating the achievement of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations (UN).

Over 400 lecturers, many of whom are leaders in higher education, will share their views on sustainable development in areas such as technology, education, industry, healthcare, environment, social sphere, and transparent governance.

Times Higher Education is a leading organization that has been producing one of the most prestigious rankings in higher education since 2004. The ranking is recognized in academic circles as a reliable source of data for universities worldwide. Its focus is on: teaching, research, and the impact of university activities.
