Gold Medal for SOF Connect from the Technical University of Sofia

SOFT Connect was awarded a Gold Medal on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of TU-Sofia – recognition for the long-term and consistent partnership between the two organizations. 
The award was presented to Aneliya Dimova, Chief Human Resources Director at SOFT Connect, by Prof. Dr. Lidia Galabova, Vice-Rector for International Relations and Integration. 
The university recognized our tangible contribution to the development of future aviation specialists: 

• annual internship programs with participants from TU-Sofia; 
• lecturing engagements by our colleagues – with practical topics and real-world aviation cases; 
• a renovated basic aviation hall at the Department of Air Transport – a better learning environment for the next generation of professionals.

This distinction is recognition of the link between academia and industry, support for young talents, and our mission to develop a sustainable aviation ecosystem in Bulgaria.
